About

professional Honestly, I’ve never known what to put in the “About Me” category. But I’ll try anyway. I’m 22, a lifelong resident of the Eastern Shore, and just graduated from Seton Hall University with a degree in English Honors. I also happen to have an amazing fiancée and we’re planning to get married this August.

Politically, I’m a staunch libertarian. That’s mostly what the blog is about as well, with an attempt to focus on Maryland issues, especially those of the Upper Shore and Annapolis, but not hesitating to comment more nationally and occasionally internationally as well (in addition to that English degree one of my minors was International Relations).

Of course, considering I do have a background in English, I won’t hesitate to write on literature if there’s something connected to it that particularly catches my interest. And I’m likewise endeavoring to post or link to most of the other worthwhile writing I have done and continue to do outside of this site.

I also do freelance work as a ghostwriter and proofreader/editor (check out the Published section for examples of my own writing) and depending on the subject am amenable to work as a tutor. E-mail me if you’re interested.

Kevin,
Great picture. I caught this off of my tweetdeck. I have been to your blog before and had no idea it was you! Great to see you writing. As a side note, the IOTC has a class on the MD Constitution that I am taking. If you are interested, they also make it available on-line. They have mad some interesting points. Pass the word if you can, the more people who understand the “Rosetta Stone” of government, the better off we are! Thanks for what you do.
