For those of you who don’t know, I’m getting married in August. Anyhow, I booked the tickets for the honeymoon a couple days ago. Reina and I are going to Montreal and will be there for about 6 days.

- Go to Patati Patata on the corner of Rachel and St. Laurent. Order a burger with fries and salad.
- get some bagels from Fairmount bagels (just east of St. Urbain, on fairmount). They are open 24/7. Always hot bagels.
- you can eat said bagels with cream cheese and salmon, or if you so desire, smoke meat which you can get from Schwartz’ on St Laurent north of Pine.
- check out cafe olympico on St. Viateur & Waverly
Have fun.

Keep going north to Quebec City. Much nicer for honeymooners. Unless you like fetish bars, then Montreal is it.
in the summer, go biking on the Lachine Canal. head to the Old Port and Old Montreal, lots of fun to be had there. the Science Museum usually has interesting exhibits. the nightlife is great downtown, lots of clubs etc… St. Catherine Street is also nice. if you’re in town for the Jazz festival and Comedy festival, I recommend you go see those too (but get tickets early!). maybe you can also head to Quebec City, as Not A Montreal Guy suggested, but make a stop at Mont Tremblant and the Tremblant village before you do. Have fun and congrats!

If you like the outdoors, you could go acrobranching/zip lining (http://www.acrobranche.com/eng/parcours.html) in Mont Tremblant which isn’t too far of a drive from Montreal if you wanted to rent a car.
